Agent responsibilities include interviewing and qualifying inbound and outbound leads and setting appointments, managing the provided sales pipeline, maintaining client relationships and effectively communicating with the team. Daily activities will include inbound/outbound customer service, educating clients and setting clear expectations, and managing customer relationships. Your role will be to serve as the main point of contact for your book of clients and as the primary form of communication on the work we are doing internally, with a focus on client education. Our insurance products are top-rated and highly sought after. We need more Inside Sales Agents to support the demand!
